Travel Terms + Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
90+ days notice prior to departure date – you forfeit 50% of your $750 deposit
60–90 days notice prior to departure date – you forfeit 50% of total trip cost
30–60 days notice prior to departure date – you forfeit 75% of total trip cost
Less than 30 days notice prior to departure date – you forfeit 100% of total trip cost.
Birds of Passage Travel/LOOM reserve the right to modify the itinerary for reasons including, but not limited to, safety, weather and unforeseen circumstance.
