Please note the listed lead time in our product descriptions before placing your order as most items have at least a 4-6 week lead time. 

Items ship out via standard ground carriers and we'll email you with tracking information once your package has been sent. 

Given the handmade and bespoke nature of all our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges, except in the case of damaged goods. 

Upon arrival, please plan to inspect your order to ensure it has arrived as expected. If your order has arrived damaged, we require you to retain all original packaging and email our sales team clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and delivery receipt within five days of delivery to initiate a claim.
