Step 1: Submit your design idea

The creative process begins!

Share details about your vision, which should include as much relevant information as possible.

Helpful information includes:

• Dimensions (units of measurement are important)
• Colors (based on our swatches - get your kit here)
• Pattern or design description
• A drawing, rendering, or photo of the intended design (or something similar)

Step 2: Develop a product sample

At this stage, we'll touch base with our partner artisan weavers to confirm the feasibility of your design proposal.

Once everyone is happy with the details of the specs, we'll develop a sample product for you to approve.

Step 3: Production

We'll keep you updated with progress from the loom.

Step 4: Receive your custom piece

From the time of confirmed sample, you can often expect finished product to arrive at your door within 8-12 weeks. Of course, that depends on the project, but we'll have plenty of conversations about that timeline on the front end and throughout the process.
